  1. Prepare of minced turkey meat.
  2. You need of carrot 🥕.
  3. You need of zucchini.
  4. You need of leek.
  5. It's of small piece of ginger.
  6. It's of egg.
  7. It's of gluten-free flour.
  8. You need of low fat cheese.

Turkey & veggie meatballs step by step

  1. Cut the veggies into small pieces and add them to a mixing bowl. I usually grate the zucchini.
  2. Add the egg, flour and cheese and season (I use salt, parsley and basil) If you want add some oil, but there is no need.
  3. Add the meat and mix it all well.
  4. Turn the oven on to 180 Celsius and start making little balls and place them on a tray.
  5. Pop it in the oven for 40-45 min. I like to make some kind of veggie sauce on the side. I usually cook peas with nutritional yeast and then I mix everything in a blender. The smell of these meatballs is insanely good! Enjoy!.
